The great number of legends, songs, tales are bound up with this lake,
each of them reflect the little part of Baikal's life, its nature,
people who live on the lakeside.
Baikal has various names: " The Hallowed Sea ",
" The Pearl of Siberia ", " The Glorious grey menacing Baikal " -
and all this names are saturated with sincere respect,
admiration and trembling to this mighty strength.

The purpose of project is to tell people about the unique lake Baikal, the Baikal's region, and also to produce our program's product, which are bound up with these subjects.

Now you can visit sections " Baikal ", " Irkutsk ", " Buryatia ", " Tourism ", where you learn much that is interesting about Baikal's region, you get information about tourism at Baikal and around it too.

In the future we plan to fill up these sections with the new information and to add information of other sort-reference books, offer from tourist agency, advices to the rest at the Baikal and so on.

Unfortunately the section " Shop " is working only in acquainted regime (without possibility to purchase goods), but in the near future we plan to launch it in working.
